Job Summary:
Provides daily support to HCM

Essential Job Duties:

  • Respond and resolve help desk inquiries. Track and report on overall quantity and type of help desk requests and resolutions. Identify and report findings of end user needs/issues. Initiate efforts and procedures to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
  • Solicit feedback and identify overall needs of HRMS end users. Prepare and distribute timely and appropriate HRMS communications. Serve as lead resource for input and maintenance of the HRMS intranet site. Seek out new opportunities to promote HRMS functionality via using the intranet.
  • Develop and conduct in-house HRMS training programs to end users. Develop and maintain up-to-date end-user training manuals and materials.
  • Establish and maintain up-to-date HRMS functional departmental documentation, standard operating procedures, as well a comprehensive HRMS reports library.
  • Act as a liaison between the functional group and IT group. Participate in the testing of new reports, processes, etc. and provide testing results to appropriate resources. Actively participate and make contributions in team meetings and one-on-one meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skill/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR or HRIS experience
  • Workday experience required
  • Basic knowledge of human resources.
  • Experience working with confidential information and critical business processes required.
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication and documentation skills, including creating presentations for business teams.
