Overview

This individual will be responsible for ensuring a positive user-experience for all associates and SMEs.  While leveraging the platform capabilities, offer options to meet emergent and ongoing business needs.  This individual needs to be a customer-focused problem-solver with a penchant for learning and teaching.  Analysis and decision making are critical responsibilities of this role and are necessary for success.

  • 5+ years of HCM SAAS experience (required) – Workday (preferred)
  • Advanced HCM configuration and Reporting experience; configuration experience in at least 3 modules
  • Must be able to communicate – both verbal and written – for direct consultation with customers at all levels in the organization to define requirements, design solutions, test and implement to meet the business need.
  • Must be able to independently evaluate and provide recommendations and decisions; especially as it relates to areas that impact other Workday functionality
  • Develop others through mentorship and peer-leadership; actively participate and encourage knowledge sharing with peers and customers.  Must be able to research and develop skills independently.
