The Senior HRIS Analyst will be an internal consultant partnering with HR leaders to maximize Clark’s usage of Workday functionality. The initial focus will be the design, configuration and continuous improvement of Clark’s Talent Workday features. Talent features at Clark include (but are not limited to) Projects, Performance Reviews, Talent Calibration, Succession Planning, Talent Profile, and Learning. The individual will serve as a technical point-of-contact for all talent functional areas and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, business process functionality, testing of system changes, report writing, dashboards and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The role will support on-going system development, upgrades, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
