You are a Human Resource (HR) Compliance Representative. From your first day as a HR Compliance Representative, you will play an essential role at Digital First Media. Our corporate HR Solutions team supports every facet of HR operations (e.g., Benefits, HR Information Systems (HRIS), Payroll, Time Tracking, etc.) across multiple states utilizing the most cutting edge software in the industry – Workday!
This position will primarily support the HR operations, Leadership and Team Members within HR Solutions. You will play a key role as a member of this team by working with a high attention to detail to ensure all HR and Payroll operations are running smoothly to support our ~4,000 employees and internal customers while gaining knowledge across ALL Workday functionality to include report writing, time tracking, HCM, integrations, benefits, payroll, etc.
