The Workday Reporting Analyst is responsible for creating simple and complex Workday reports and dashboards for a wide array of end users. This role is responsible for understanding the company’s Workday data in an effort to translate business requirements into understandable and user-friendly reports and dashboards. This role is responsible for developing reports and maintaining dashboards for all HR functions in support of business needs, as well as developing them for various parts of the business, ensuring the integrity of the data provided. A customer focused approach, balanced with intimate data knowledge, is key to proactively identifying opportunities and translating business needs effectively.
What you will do
- Develop simple and complex Workday reports and dashboards, including matrix and composite reports with calculated fields, utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer
- Partner with stakeholders (internal/external to HR) to understand report/data requirements and ensure results meet the business needs
- Address reporting needs for all of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Payroll and Benefits, and Regulatory / Compliance.
- Attend project related or problem solving meetings and represent the “reporting” point of view
- Maintain existing built reports and dashboards to ensure they are still aligned appropriately for the business need or update accordingly based on changes in the business
- Investigate and resolve report related issues in a timely manner
- Regularly participate in Workday Community to maintain awareness of current best practices and feature adoption
- Providing ad hoc reporting support
- Participate in various cross-functional projects and initiatives while working collaboratively with other team members
- Develop audit reporting and process for data quality checks
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in HR reporting and information delivery to stakeholders, with 1+ years in Workday report writing required
- A strong working knowledge of HR systems, functions, processes and advanced reporting environments
- Natural tendency to validate data results to ensure accuracy in reports
- A high degree of attention to detail, strong organization skills, ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- A strong understanding of core Human Resources functions and typical workforce management processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and as an individual contributor; ability to manage time effectively and manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong technology aptitude and interest in research, data, metrics and analysis

The salary range below shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

$ 68,000.00-96,050.00
