Overview

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Serve as the HRIS partner supporting Performance and Learning in Workday
  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to Learning and Development teams
  • Design and maintain system configuration, including performance reviews, goals planning, learning programs, custom notifications, managing topics, courses, campaigns, etc.
  • Maintain master data values in Workday (i.e. review questions, rating scales, programs, instructors, topics, training locations, enrollment, , etc.)
  • Test, validate and implement business process changes in Workday
  • Meet expected business performance goals by providing exceptional customer service
  • Provide input to Workday project manager, team members and executive sponsors, as appropriate
  • Develop and facilitate end user training in order to improve policy and process acumen
  • Other duties as assigned

The qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in business, learning and development, educational, or related.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources required
  • Two or more years’ experience in system administration/support of Workday including implementation, maintenance, upgrades, testing, front and back-end processing, and reporting required
  • Workday Performance and/or Learning experience or training preferred
  • Qualified individuals must either reside in or near the Metro Detroit area or be willing to relocate to the area for this opportunity
