Position Summary:

Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to work with cloud-based technology, drive HR business process improvements, develop trusted partnerships and support key strategic initiatives? The Engineering Sr Analyst will play a critical role on an agile development team in the supporting and innovating of our HR Technology platforms including Workday.  This position will devise technical solutions to drive business outcomes based on an understanding of customers, business processes and technical requirements.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Performs system administration, design, support and configuration of all Workday and other HR Technology system integrations and business processes
  • Provides technical expertise and performs engineering tasks in a diverse technology environment including: design, code, configure, test, implement, and supports quality software solutions, systems architecture, application security and application infrastructure
  • Continuously improves and develops internal software and configures packaged applications by assessing business needs to develop solutions that enhance business capabilities
  • Works with vendor support to identify and find root cause, and resolve product issues
  • Partners with other internal stakeholders including Enterprise Architecture, Third-party Risk Management, Security and Privacy to support the platforms security engineering processes
  • Identifies technology opportunities to bring innovative capabilities to our platforms
  • Performs vulnerabilities management and security standards
  • Creates Standard Operating Procedures to contribute to team knowledge management
  • Develops system reports and analytics for end users
  • Provides technical and functional support to other team members to achieve the respective departmental goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience working in an engineering role with strong technical aptitude and understanding of software methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on an agile development team
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Effective time management, ability to plan and prioritize work effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build solid relationships with team members
  • Preferred experience of 1-2 years working with Workday integrations
