The Lead Workday Administrator is responsible for managing Standard Textile’s Workday functionality to optimize processes and enhance the employee experience.  Responsibilities include designing the future HRIS roadmap while maintaining current HRIS systems with focus on Workday configuration, business process maintenance, security, data integrity, analytics and reporting. Works hand-in-hand with the HR team to proactively identify / introduce new Workday functionality, trouble-shoot day-today issues and manage core Workday business processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead Workday systems management including functional configuration, testing, business process optimization and maintenance for the following Workday modules:  Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance (back-up for Benefits, Advanced Compensation and Absence Management)
  • Continuously evaluate system functionality and user-experience to identify opportunities for improve HR service delivery
  • Manage Workday security configuration to ensure data integrity and privacy
  • Serve on and lead internal project work teams
  • Partner with diverse stakeholders to design, test, implement and maintain best practices systems and processes within the configuration of Workday
  • Proactively assess new features released by Workday, advocate for appropriate adoption plans and lead enhancement implementation
  • Audit data on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Resolve business process issues through active trouble-shooting and diagnostic research
  • Develop and maintain customized dashboards, reports and business processes based on operational requirements
  • Manage third party vendor relationships to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Compile monthly and yearly metrics for HR function such as headcount, turnover, workers compensation, talent acquisition, and affirmative action
  • Oversee supervisory organization and position management
  • Maintain and support integrations

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of Workday experience
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience preferred
  • Workday experience with a subset of the following modules and functionality preferred: Core HCM, Security, Performance, Talent, Recruiting, Advanced Reporting, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, and Dashboard creation
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Information Technology, Analytics, Business or related discipline preferred
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal capability
  • Strong project leadership, attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
