Overview

The HRIS Analyst administers, configures and researches Human Resources information systems to meet ongoing business needs. The focus of the position is to leverage HR technology to improve processes, ensure data quality, and to prepare and analyze reports to help business leaders make informed decisions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists key stakeholders in defining requirements for implementing new functionality
  • Researches HR system capabilities and shares learning with key stakeholders
  • Reviews existing functionality and business processes, configures approved changes
  • Carefully reviews current processes and makes recommendations for improving efficiency and accuracy
  • Creates and edits reports and analyzes data to gain valuable insights; shares insights with business leaders
  • Monitors and ensures data integrity; ensures data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations
  • Partners collaboratively with consultants and key stakeholders to solve problems and complete projects
  • Assists Senior Analysts with complex tasks within the system such as security set up and integrations
